Hey Team..

Do you roll the dice on how you feel upon rising?

I hope I feel "great"... I hope I feel "good"....

I hope... I wish... you the point....

Why do we feel great some days and not so great on other days?

Well.. I have the answer...

If we pay closer attention... we will understand it more...

What if I told you "what you did" 2-3 days ago will effect how you feel today?

It is not always about what you did yesterday that effects today...

It is what you do consistently that effects who you are... how you feel.. and what you become....

Hear me out...

Eating a slab of birthday cake may make you feel bloated a bit today...

But.. that cake will not give you an extra chin...

It is the frequency in which you ingest cake... sugars... salts... that leads to what I call ... A Chin Over Time....

Now.. there are people out there that do not love when I talk about gaining weight.. and body-fat... but if you want to be a high performer... we must get real.

Lean and mean...

Not filling the body with "junk" (sugar, salt, negative thoughts, ass-glued to couch)..

And in order to gain control of our habits.... we have to get serious about it...

With social media running wild... distractibility is at an all-time high....and many of us are paying the price (physically and mentally) for just not being aware of what our habits actually are....

This is why.. when I work with clients.. the first thing we do, after we talk about goals, is get them to start using a journal to gain awareness of their habits...

Now.. this is a journal.. not a diary of our deepest secrets... but a real-life tool to chart your progress.... and your habits...

Do you know how powerful it is to actually look back on your day and see how great you did? or... possibly how many bad choices you actually make subconsciously?

It is mind blowing. When I first started the journal.. I did not realize how much "unconscious" sugar I was consuming... 

Awareness is key..

And if you want to start feeling great every day (or better yet, more days than you do now)... it is time to get focused.... 

Forget the fad diets, detoxes, cleanses, and other fad/scams that are populating your social feeds...

Get focused on YOU...

Your habits.. your thoughts.. your actions.. both conscious and subconscious....

I created my High Performance Journal as a way for clients to really get deep insights into their own life....

Tracking everything from sleep, to mood, to vitamin intake.... to total disconnection time per day from devices... you name it... it is there.

We need the "how we feel" answer to be a positive one...

This allows us greater energy... greater endurance.. and the ability to power positive performances.....

Get focused on YOU.

Habits. Routines. Attitudes. Words. Thoughts.

Handle them....

Keep it simple. Check your boxes...

Always remember... take control of you time.... we all get the same amount... you need to make sure you are not wasting time... we are all limited resources...so let's make sure we can take action, lead with purpose, and engage thoroughly 100% every damn day!
