Hi Team...

It has been a busy time up at the farm over the last few weeks...

We have been raising up beef cattle and now we have over 36 pasture raised pigs...

So, that requires me to be up and at em around 4:30-5am.....

Work for a few hours.....

Then the focus switches 100% to coaching....

Coaching YOU.

Coaching Leaders.

Coaching CEOs.

Coaching Teams.

Coaching Sales Teams.

Coaching Companies.

Building out my Online Coaching Academies.

And... putting the final touches on my new book coming out in October-

Habits of a Champion Team....

"Coach, how do you get so much done?"

It is all based on what I call your P.O.F. or Point of Focus....

When you do something- make that something the thing you do.

You can not do two things at once.

You can not be in two places at once.

You can only do one thing at a time.

And- you should only try to do this.

Why?

Because that is how your brain works optimally.

That is how you keep yourself calm.

Remember: If you do too much, too fast, you will eventually fatigue, stress, and break.

So, alway keep your P.O.F. as your main thing...

Your must important thing.

I also want to tell you this.... as it is game-changing.

Focus on what you have- not what you do not have.

You can have a vision- cast that vision daily.

Then, be happy for what you have.

Focus on what you have- not what you do not.

What that does is it puts you in a mindset of growth- not scarcity.

When you think in abundance- with an appreciation for what has already been delivered- you calm your body and your mind so you can get focused on the work.

The work that will get you to your next place.

Got it?

Now- today: get focused.

Get focused on what matters.

Keep your P.O.F. front and center and make sure it stays there.

When you do something- make that the thing you are immersed in.

No distractions.
