Hi Team...
I am back!
Over the weekend I drove with my wife back to NY from FL.
I always say- a trek like that always teaches you something about yourself..
This trip, personally, I had a tremendous amount of energy....
I also had a lot of deep thoughts- reflecting on my previous week...
One of the highlights of last week for me was sitting down for an hour with the Founder of Reebok, Joe Foster who joined me from the UK.
We talked about brand building and what it took to build a legendary brand like Reebok...
It came down to a few things...
Very powerful.
I mean think about it, Reebok.
One of the largest apparel brands on the planet...
Joe and his brother are the guys that did it- in our lifetime!
It did not take 100 + years....
Stories like this light me up because they show us what is possible when we do not resist but go with the flow...
When we allow the current to take us in the right direction...
Too often brand building, team building, and business building is approached with high resistance and challenging work- what if it did not have to be?
One thing I really loved about Joe Foster was his joy for life, people, and adventure..
Because of this, on his journey he did not ever deal with burnout....
He loved each part of the journey... not many can say this!

Yesterday, we had our last Monday meeting for our first Champions-30 Camp..
We have a few teammates down 13+lbs., many down 7+lbs. and you know what?
The resistance was low...
The will-power was always needed was not needed....
Each member of the team is working to rewrite their story as it relates to weight-loss, health, and being their best...
So empowering for all.
And when you do this as a team- it is even better.
