Yesterday was a long day for me....with a few interviews, coaching sessions, and writing..... but, it was a great day.
Well, I began the work day at 6am and had to be ON until almost 9:30pm....
I judged it as a great day because my energy was strong from start to finish....
No lapses, no dips, no fatigue... at all. Actually got stronger as the day went on, which let me know: Everything is working.
✅Workouts that are RIGHT for my body....
✅Food Choices were good- and did not make me sluggish (fruit, protein, moderate carbs)
✅Sleep was A+ the night before 8+ Hours...
✅My body and mind feel recovered from the half day I worked on Monday- along with hot tub/ pool work.
This is what "I" needed to feel great...
What do you need?
Have you identified those things?
If you haven't, it is time we do that.
It is critical to know the formula that you need in order for your body and mind to feel great- function optimally- and provide you the greatest amount of energy which will yield the greatest results both personally and professionally.
Try something. If it works, keep it. If it does not, get rid of it.
Just because a celeb. does it, does not mean it is right- and right for you.
We are all different. We are all built differently. We all have different body clocks.
Provide YOUR body and mind what they need daily.
Slow yourself down enough so you can figure out what that is. If you need help, I am happy to help.
A few weeks ago, I tried reformer Pilates- and have done a few sessions since.
It has been amazing for me in regards to flexibility, core development, and what I call "gymnast" strength... It works for me, so I keep it.

I will leave you with this: If you take care of your body and mind, they will love you back.
I know that you may feel the pressures of the year ending...and that is totally normal. But keep yourself first place. Keep taking care of yourself each and every day. From the position, you will have the most to give as a Leader, Husband/Wife, Mother/Father, and friend.....
Get serious about your daily health.
It needs to be an everyday focus in order to keep you balanced as a high performer..
Do not make it second on your to-do list, make it first.
