Well, after a long 2-days of moving- I am back!
My life has been nothing but boxes and moving tape for the past few days... but now it is time to get to work, my favorite work: Coaching YOU!
Today, I want to talk about beliefs...
There really are only two kinds of beliefs that we have...
Winning Beliefs and Losing Beliefs..
I am yet to meet a winner that has most of their beliefs leaning towards the loser side....
The same is true of meeting losers. I am yet to see the majority of their beliefs leaning towards the winning side....
Do you see how with both parties, the winners and the losers I used words like "most" or "majority"?
Well- those words are strategic...
Here is why: BOTH groups are never completely free from loser-based thinking.. the loser group just does a hell of a lot more of it....

Do you see the difference in mentality?
Many winners do not even know they think this way- they just do.
The same is true of the loser group. They do not even know they think this way- they just do.
Coach, how do I go from loser-thinking to winning-thinking?
Step 1: Realize how you think by actually playing back what you are thinking in those moments of "weakness"
Step 2: Realize what you are saying when you speak. Today, most people just throw-up all day with word vomit- nervously talking. Instead, listen to the language you consistently use. Listen to what you are saying and the narrative you are building.
Step 3: Lean towards the winning side by editing your thoughts and your words in real time. If you think or say something of the loser mentality, simply over-ride it with a new positive thought.
We do this exercise in order to take advantage of the brains neuro-plasticity which allows us to rewrite even the most hardened of patterns.
What I find is that people do not change or advance because they think the same and talk the same for decades- then they believe this is who I am and these are my results.
Well- they are your results because you are not changing your thoughts and words- it takes work. Like everything else.
