Hey Team-

Hope you guys had a great weekend!

Spring is in the air here in New York... with the Masters Golf Tournament, Baseball Season kicking off, and the New York Auto-Show in town...

Now what does a car show have to do with you?

Let me tell you!

The Performance Coach in me is always looking at things from a biased viewpoint, always based on the question:

How can performance be improved?

And when you walk through the Javits Center in NYC, and you see all of the different auto-companies showing off their prized creations, and those they are being creative with, not releasing, but pushing the thresholds of performance with, it makes you stop for a minute and think....

Auto companies have always been on the forefront of Performance Innovation..

Auto companies are always looking for ways to push speed, power, turning ability, handling, braking systems, safety, reducing vehicle weight and improving internal programming and tech.


But what if we looked at ourselves with this level of precision?

Where can you shave off a few pounds? A few seconds? Improve your mobility and agility? 

Now, obviously you are not a car, but improving yourself year over year is important...

Whether you are an athlete, an entrepreneur, or somebody aging faster than you would like... optimizing performance is possible if you are doing the analysis...

And following that analysis up with the "right prescription" and plan of improvement...

Take a real deep look at yourself...

Study where you are truly at...

And start carving... 

I had to do the same a few weeks ago by subbing out extra cardio for more weight training... and it totally worked...
