Hey Team!
Up bright and early today... and was thinking about what we are being "fed" in the industry of health, diet, detoxes, and all of the other buzz words around simply losing body fat AND increasing lean mass to feel great...
My discovery?
We are failing.
With all the diet options, food options, service professionals, and "ways" to do it, I think we are more confused now than ever.
I was recently speaking with a friend of mine, Dr. Michael Dusa, and he made it simple again:
Cardio.
Weight Training.
Core.
Higher Protein.
Lower Starch Carbs.
And know the foods that make you feel like crap.
Train 5-6 Days per week...
Get your rest.
Do cardio in a fasted or semi-fasted state (meaning on an empty stomach, lift with something in your stomach).
Move heavier weight. Training and Lifting is not meant to be comfortable.
Simple.
Do the work. Focus when you are training on the muscles you are working and ditch your phone conversations and text messaging.
Simple.
So.. now you have the tools you need to win.
Time to go do it. Time to get the results!
Btw.. Dr. Dusa is in his 50s and is in amazing shape!
Now let's commit to excellence and the goals we are chasing!
