Hi Team...

Well, this was a wild weekend....

I am back at the farm after a trek up from Florida....

The weekend activities were filled with farm chores from fixing fencing, to weed whacking under electric fences, to going out an purchasing 5-pigs, 1-hog, and 15-beef cows!

For those that have no idea what I am talking about, my wife and I started Freedom Farms in Greene, NY  back in November....

It has also been a passion of mine to work a large property and supply clean, grass-fed beef to consumers!

Now, as I always say: This is the passion project....

But, my true #1 love is Coaching- you and people like you to daily victory by teaching you how to overcome negative habits, patterns, and behaviors and exchanging them out for the Habits of a Champion!

Which brings me today....

We are talking about training your mindset for success.

In order to that, we must focus on 1-simple question:
What does winning (success) mean to you?

Once we identify this answer... we then develop the plan to get there, attack the plan, and hold you accountable to the plan...

From there, the victories stack up.

But, there are a few things that can get in the way:

1. Discipline to the process:

If I were to tell you to do 10-jumping jacks per day for the next 30 days, could you do it? Obviously you can- but will you? Most won't. I have studied this before and about 80-85% of people would not be able to do this simple task for 30-straight days.

Why Coach?

They get bored, forget why they started, or they do not prioritize it outside of the first 3-5 days.

2. The process is boring:

As I always say: Success is boring. It requires you to do many of the same activities over and over and over again. This repetitiveness of the right activities leads you to victory over time. Most seek variety over results.

That is truth. They are chasing shiny objects, doing what is cool, and really are becoming just replicas of their inner circle, or 5-closest friends. So, make sure you pick your friends right.

3. Do what you love, not what everyone else does:

This is critical. You will never obtain success at anything or peace of mind if you are following the crowd. I can not tell you how many people told me that being a Coach at 19 for the Yankees was impossible. Starting a farm was dumb. Or, starting my own Coaching company was crazy we because they did not understand what it even is.

You gotta find what you love and work it everyday.

What YOU love- not what those around you want you to love. It is that simple.

So, if you want to train your mind for success- start doing the opposite of the 3-things I mentioned that often sidetrack success and keep people in a state of people-pleasing hell.

Got it?

Now- let's go WIN Monday...

Take names.

Kick some ass.

Your Coach,
