Hi Team...

How full is your plate?

Your life plate?

For many, it is packed. Not much different than their dinner plate :)...

With that said, do you believe that Less Is More?

On paper, less is more does not make sense... but in real world practice, it is the only way.

What many high performers have mastered is putting more on their plate and trying to do too much in order to reach their high expectations that they set for themselves...

Yup.

Those high expectations that you set when you were just a student are now driving everything you do...

Has there been success? Absolutely.

But, what if I told you that those same expectations are actually driving you nuts?

What if I told you that your talent is driving your results rather than your super high expectations? (again, you should have high expectations, just not so high that you can never get a win)

Think about it, if your expectations are high (and by high, I mean higher than the average), you will always be chasing and will often put an immense amount of pressure on yourself to succeed.

What if you could actually succeed at a level you have never succeeded at by lowering your expectations, having a BIG vision, and by working a daily process that is focused on a singular objective?

Do you see what I did?

BIG Vision, LOWER Expectations...

Realize this, if you are a high performer, your expectations will still be high..much higher than everybody else... but that slight lowering of the bar, will help you stay within yourself and not try to do too much, or, do everything....

For the person tries to do too much at once, failure will always be present.

Even if you succeed, you will feel like you are failing because you just can not get done ALL the things on your plate.

What the elite performers do is one thing at a time....

Here is a simple formula on how to do it....

  1. Set a Clear Target.... (1-Target)
  2. Set a Path to Execute...(Your Daily Plan- Habits & Routines)
  3. Execute on that Plan with Passion & Enthusiasm Daily....
  4. Once You Show Success... Then and Only Then Can You Move On To Your Next Objective....

What I see with many entrepreneurs is that they start building their second business before the first is built.... or, they start working on secondary objectives before they hit their primary...

When you do this, you divert attention and effort and will never complete the task and mission to build something great.....

Remember, it is is better to be known and be the best at one thing rather than try to be the best at everything.

This exercise is MUCH harder than it appears and takes a tremendous amount of focus and discipline...

You will want to chase gold.... chase "opportunity"... but do not forget to complete what you have started....

It is the only way to truly create mastery and be proud of what you have built and achieved....

It is also the only way to truly meet your expectations...

Stay Focused, Stay Hungry....

Let's GO!
