Hi Team....

Do you find it harder than ever to focus these days?

I know that I do. 

There are days that I feel like I have too much on my plate, too many things in my head, and a my focus begins to slip on what is truly important.. like my mission, vision, and goals....

My mission, vision, and goals are much more important than the other "things" that are just floating around in my head....

Do you have extra stuff taking up precious real estate in your head?

If you are like most, you do.

Welcome to the club.

One way that I have found that can help you keep your mind clear and focused on what matters most (mission, vision, goals) is taking out an index card and writing out your mission, vision, and goals....

Then, every morning and every night, read your index card to yourself.

That becomes a time to reinforce your mission, vision, and goals....

This becomes your Champions Mantra!
I, __(your name)__am committed to ______(mission)______.
I have a vision of me _______(write out your vision and what you want to achieve__________________________.
Everyday, I am committed to doing ____(the actions that you will take to achieve your mission and vision)_____________________.
Now, to some this may seem extreme.
My question to you is simply this: How serious are you about achieving your goals?
If you are serious, you will look at an exercise like this as mandatory. An essential exercise to keep you focused, determined, and locked in on what it is you say you want.
Since we are being hit with so much daily content and information, in order to keep what is important to us close to the vest, we must keep this in front of us at all times. Reinforcement, 2x per day will do this. 
Does an exercise/ drill like this take commitment? Yup.
Does it take dedication? Yup.
Does it require you to work outside of your comfort zone? Yup.
I want this for you.
I want you to maintain your focus and stay locked in on what you have committed to. 
"If you want to live and achieve in a way that is different than the rest, you must do things that are different than the rest."
That starts with this exercise.
Reinforce your dream daily!
