Hi Team....

Do you wake-up each day feeling great, energized, and ready to compete?

If not, you are like most!

The Competitors-Mind and Champions-Mind must be prepped and stimulated each morning...

Most people wake-up each day and "hope" today is going to be a good day...

Or, they wonder what side of the bed they are going to wake-up on...

  • Will I be tired?
  • Will I be energized?
  • Will I be focused?
  • Will I be task-oriented?
  • Will I have a good day?

Well, let's stop wondering... and here is how we are going to do it...

Daily Prep.

We are going to wake-up each day and do a few things that will over-ride our potential natural state of being tired, not energized, not focused, scattered, and worried about the day...

Step: 1: Breath.....

Take 15-20 Rapid Breaths Upon Waking. QUICK IN, QUICK OUT.

Step: 2: Visualize.....

Close your eyes. Take 2-3 minutes and let's see ourselves going through our day.. succeeding in the exact situations we are going to be in today throughout the day.

Step: 3: Coach Yourself.....

The Power of Language is not to be understated. The default tonality of language can be negative and not inspiring. That changes right now by being your best cheerleader..  Come up with 3-5 phrases of HYPE that can energize you and encourage you to go out and win today...

Step: 4: I-AM Statements.....

Come up with 3-4 I-AM Statements that are based on the opposite of your natural, default mindset. If you are feeling weak, your I-AM Statement is: I AM STRONG, I AM POWERFUL!. If you are feeling fearful, your I-AM Statement is: I AM EXCITED, I AM READY!

Step: 5: Elevate.....

The final step of prepping the mind and body is to activate.... We do this by spiking the heart-rate. We will do 5-6 BURSTS of 10-20seconds of either: In-Place Runs, High Knees, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Rapid Squats, Punch Sequences..

These 5-Steps will ensure that you are ready to compete.

Ready mentally.

Ready physically.

Your mind runs in patterns.

You can snap any negative patterns with a DAILY prep-pattern like this!
