Hi Team..
I was preparing for a talk yesterday and in the prep process, I always ask myself, "What is the most powerful thing I can share with this Group?"...
For each audience it is different.
Much like a Sunday Morning Preacher.. the message just comes to you and it seems to come at just the right time.. much like this daily blog.
When I sit to write each day, I never come pre-planned, I just follow what my mind, heart, and instincts tell me.. and hope this day, it hits the person or people it is supposed to hit.
In order to hear that message and feel it, you have to present.
You have to be ALL there.
Ready, open, and willing.
I believe this is the case with all part so of life.. especially as it relates to our body and mind.
What do I mean?
Your body is always speaking to you- and at times, it gets much louder than others...
It will also show you things as well that will give you insights into its overall condition...
These are some examples:
Thickness Around Gut Area/ Neck = The Body is Asking for more Fitness & Better Diet.. (if you do not listen, blood pressure elevation and more weight gain soon follow)
Dry Skin, Dry Mouth, Cramping, Bloating, Reflux = The Body is Asking for more Water and Electrolytes..(if you don't listen, muscles strains, chronic reflux, and other conditions may result)
Headaches = The Body is Asking You to Reduce Stress, Sodium Intake, and/or Even Monitor Your Current Blood Pressure, or Get a Message to Reduce Total Pressure Around Cervical Spine (if you don't listen, you may be a chronic migraine recipient)
Anxiety= The Body is Asking You to Slow Down Your Thoughts, Center Yourself, and Realize that You Are Not Being Chased By A Tiger- The Thoughts You Are Having Are Probably Negative and Fear Drive- perhaps you are living too far in the future- leading you to feel stressed and anxious (if you don't listen, this condition can become chronic as well)
Poor Sleep = The Body is Asking You to Leave Yesterday Behind and Tomorrow for Tomorrow. When Clients can not sleep, it is usually not a sleep problem, but a fear-driven conditioning that keeps them in a heightened, elevated state- picture adrenaline dripping steadily into the body at all times (if you don't improve your sleep hygiene, you will depend on aids for sleep)
You see, it is all connected.
My message today is simple: Get Connected to Your Body.
Realize YOUR choices determine the health of your body, as well as how it performs.
The conditions mentioned above can all be corrected with a plan- and done so quickly.
