Hey Team! 

Hope you had a great weekend... 

I had a very busy past 4 days... traveling to Boston to speak at a huge marketing conference with over 24,000 people....

I had the privilege of speaking with my pal AROD and then hosting my own session on BECOMING A CHAMPION in Sports, Life, and Business....

Speaking fires me up....

My true passions in life are speaking, writing, and coaching.... so this weekend was a blast...

Definitely had those jitters going before the event but once I got on stage.. BOOM!

Flow-state began...

For today though, we have a special guest blog from a friend of mine, Luke Melms.. 

Who is Luke?Luke is in the financial services industry and is a former collegiate baseball player...

So why is he on the blog Coach? Well.. Luke has been fighting Crohn's Disease which totally ravaged his system but not his soul.. 

His motto is FAITH UP- FEAR DOWN.... and he just recently completed over 100 straight days of training- no rest, no breaks, no off-days to get his body and mind aligned towards achieving physical greatness...

This was his way of taking Crohn's Disease and giving it a spanking...

I know that as we all go through our journey... we will face obstacles... my job is to prepare you for anything that comes your way....
