Hey Team...

I had to share this with you....

This morning, at 5am.. my phone was buzzing off the hook....

When that happens, you can easily slip into panic mode... 

That is until you take a look at your phone!

And this morning, I got incredible news from one of my incredible clients.

Our journey together started in December... 

Talking about life, business, and personal goals.....

And.. QTL.. (Quality Time Left)....He wanted to make sure his next 40 years are his best yet.

I want you to meet Corey Dissin... 

A 46 Year Old Husband. Father. Business Leader. 

And now... Champion.

This man made a decision in December to change his life. Tired of being sick and tired. Tired of being overweight. Tired of not hitting his full potential. Tired of accepting the status quo and the life he had built for himself that ignored his personal health and mindset goals.

But, after our initial phone call, that all changed.

WE went to work.

I wrote his training programs, he did the work.

We counseled his nutrition, he went to work.

We talked about a Champion mindset, he went to work.

No excuses. No looking for the easy way out. No executing only sometimes.. but all the time.

And the results?

Well, at 5am he let me know... WE DID IT.

Goal 1: Lose 30lbs. (Bingo!)

Mission Accomplished.

Truly amazing.

This journey together started with two men that did not know each other from a hole in the wall.. but with weekly accountability, support, conversation and action, we made the magic happen.

I tell you this story because 4-months is not a long time.

120 Days is not a long time if you really think about your whole life and how long so many procrastinate on things.

You can change your life in 120 days....

I am sure you can think of things in your life you have been putting off and not attacking for at least 120 days...

What if you made a decision to ENGAGE and ATTACK rather than just let things hang out there?

What if you made the decision to put your HEALTH, FITNESS, AND MENTAL HEALTH first?

How would your life change?

You have to break that habits and patterns you have built that may be negative for you.... or that may have served you at one point, but not anymore!

Never forget how 1-DECISION and the ACTION that follows can change your life quickly...

So, let's go!

Let's make it happen.
