Hey Team!

Hope you had a great start to your week....

Digging in... and making the magic happen on Monday!

Yesterday, I spent most of the day writing two new books I am going to be releasing this summer/ fall... pretty exciting... more to come... but one will be a children's book...  teaching kids about confidence, self-belief, and doing things The Champion Way....

And, when it comes to perspective.. we can all use some.. right?

So, today, I want to talk about Momentum Shifting.... 

I was watching the founder of the fitness company, Orange Theory speak, and she spoke about breaking through her limits....

You know, the doubtful thoughts we often have that keep us exactly where we are... 

Or, the negative attitude we sometimes have about our own abilities...

But, all that can change with Momentum Shifting...

Meaning, wherever you are right now... and whatever you are doing right now... just shift up.

Take it one more gear higher....

Workouts = Instead of 3 days, do 4. Instead of 30m do an hour.....

Reading= Instead of reading one chapter, read two.

Nutrition= Instead of having sugar on the weekends, go 2 weekends without

Work= Instead of doing what you have been, take on something bigger

Finance= Add 10% to your monthly savings..

Relationship = Instead of having one date night, go for two per week..

These are simple examples.. but you get the point...

In every part of our life we have the ability to shift up one more gear...

JUST DO IT.

Don't overthink.. just do it...

Make that extra sales call every single day...

I will tell you WHY this is so important....

Compounding...

Just doing one extra thing per day or week adds up when you compound it out over the course of the year.....

That is WHY just one small improvement can change your life dramatically...

Don't do a lot.. do one thing.. SHIFT UP.
