Hey Team!

Good Morning!

I was really excited to write to you today.

Last night I was on a flight home from Florida, and was so fortunate to sit next to an amazing man.

When I fly, I am one of those people who loves to talk to the person next to me.. (yes, I am that guy-- hey, it makes the time go by!)...

What started off as a casual, "How are you? Where are you from? What do you do?" became a very inspirational conversation very quickly.

Dr. Sheldon Petersel was his name.

In his late 60s, early 70s, he was a true gem.

A classy gentlemen that understood so much more than medicine..

He understands people and life.

Sharing the journey of his life was amazing and that is what I wanted to share with you today.

He started off by saying: In life, you can not make a mistake.

Life is about experiences. Life is about taking chances. Life is about going for it.

And, if you make a mistake, "So What!".. it was not a mistake.. but a chance to learn and something to check off your list!

Another experience... and in life, you learn through experiences.

Walk through the doors: He looks at life as a series of doors that open at different times....it is our duty to walk through them when they open...

Never denying ourselves of an opportunity....

He shared his journey to becoming a physician....

He had a few prior careers.. and one day, the door opened. He realized he wanted to drop it all, go to medical school and help people for a living....

All those other experiences shaped him as a physician...allowing him to not just treat his patients.. but understand them.

Get your endorphins released everyday: When you exercise, you feel amazing. It helps with your stress, anxiety, and most importantly, it allows you to see good in people.

Exercise gives you the patience you need in life. It relaxes you and most importantly makes you feel good about yourself!

We all have the 20-30 minutes per day to gift to ourselves in the form of exercise!

We should give ourselves that gift everyday.

Go for it! Take the chances. Take the risks.  Never regret not doing something...because you took the chances.

Living without regrets is a wonderful thing.

That is my message for you today.

In life, there are people placed along our journey. It may just be for a 2hr. and 26 minute flight from West Palm Beach to New York.. but those people can have a lasting impact...

Their appearance is usually very timely based on our needs....

Be open. Be willing. Take the chances.

Go for it today.

Get those endorphins going.

Believe in your dream.

Most importantly, believe in yourself.

I am honored by your kind words. You as well created a moment for me to express my inner feelings concerning Life and ones self worth. I always stressed self improvement . we owe it to ourselves to create game plans each day in order to be successful in the challenges we face . Remember always that failure is good. It inspires us to learn and overcome our weakness. We are the Ones in a crowd that makes a difference. We have the ability to make others believe in themselves because we believe in ourself worth. Never stop creating goals. If someone else could do something that you admire you must watch and learn from that person or persons and credit them for how you were inspired by their actions.
You will both be rewarded by the experience.
Thank you for the wonderful experience the 3 off us shared
Who would believe that 3 strangers on a plane connected so well and made such an impression on each other.
I do hope that our paths cross again. We can then continue the conversation.
Best to you both.
Be blessed that you have each other.
Take care and respect each other.
Let your true selves shine.
Treat each other and yourselves with pride and dignity.
Treat your clients well. They expect to be the only person that matters when they are with you.
Thank you again for your confidence .
You both touched my heart by just listening to a mature seasoned gentleman.
I am sincerely grateful,
Sheldon M. Petersel. MD
Pl.S. You have made me feel very special and I thank you for that.
You both will be successful and adored by all those that you meet and befriend.
