Hey Team....

I wanted to bring this up....

Why do so many people feel there is a connection between their health....and, their business/ work?

This has been something I have been addressing lately with those I Coach....

Especially when I hear the client say: "I could not workout because things are so busy at work".....

I am not sure of the connection.....

Not sure why what you do on your non-work hours would have anything to do with work?

I say this, but I do get it.

I get that it is easy to have work on your mind....

Creative projects that you are excited to get working on...

Situations that need addressing...

I do get it...

But, when coaching people... it is so important to "break the connection"....

Meaning, we have to get them to see these things at first as two separate events...

They have nothing to do with each other... 

Everyday: 

👉1. I start my day by putting my health first (breathing, stretch, workout, or walk)

👉2. I go to work and give it my all during my work hours

✅ 2-Separate Events.

You see, we connect the two and make them compete with one another.....

If we are going to connect these two events... the only connection should be positive...

When I start my day by putting my health first (breathing, stretch, workout, or walk)... I have my most productive days at work... giving it my all.

Got it?

I firmly believe within all of us, especially high performers, we want to be in phenomenal shape and condition....

We just get in the way of that sometimes....

I was reading a great piece written by CNBC Reporter(and recent coaching client, Jade Scipioni) on Super Mom Mogul, Kris Jenner, how she start each day with the same routine....

✅ Coffee

✅ Quick Email Check...

✅ 45-Minutes on Treadmill- while catching up on the news...

✅ Weight Training...

✅ Shower...

✅ Ready to work by 7AM....

Same routine each day of the week....

As high performers, we actually crave structure and routine...(even though so many entrepreneurs and creatives think they hate it)...

If you love results... you have to love a routine....

SO, today, I encourage you to break the connection.....

Put your-self and your-health first....

You can finish this year blasting off like a rocket....

Winning Quarter 4... and heading into Quarter 1- 2020 with velocity...

I want that for you....

Let's make it happen.
