Happy Thursday.... I hope you are having a great week filled and are fully committed to the STRONG-90we talked about earlier in the week....
Remember, the days and weeks go fast.... so if you are going to achieve all that you set out to do in 2019... don't walk... jog or run towards what you want!
It is all there for the taking.....
One of the items of focus I mentioned in regards to finishing your year strong is in regards to your health & fitness...
Now, we all have different goals when it comes to this category of life & living...
💪Some, are looking to lost 5-10lbs... that is 1.5lbs. to 3.3lbs. per month from now until December 31st.....
💪Some, are looking to set aside 10minutes per day to focus on their mental health.. breathing, visioning, and quieting the noise around them so they can enjoy their present life...
💪Some, are looking to clean up their diet by "eating clean" Monday-Friday, and allowing for some "carbohydrate freedom" and fun on the weekends.
💪Some, are looking to start a weight training routine to tone & tighten so they look more shapely and can build strength for either their sport or physical feat they are looking to sign up for...
💪And, finally, some are looking to commit to a daily flexibility/ mobility routine so they can take the stress off their back, or maybe rehabilitate themselves from a chronic injury or pain....
Whatever your goal, the time is now.
Get a plan, attack the plan, get the coaching and accountability... guarantee your WIN for 2019....
Today, I also wanted to share a story about a Doctor that was profiled on The Today Show... who lost 125lbs. doing a combination of fasting, elevating protein, reducing carbs, and adding running to his daily exercise regime.
He said, the hardest thing to do is, "KEEP IT OFF"....
Because he knows his tendency is to eat the chips, the ice cream, and stress eat.
So, instead of doing those things, when he feels the TRIGGER OF STRESS, he decides to do something healthy, like go for a run, or eat something healthy.
You see, we are conditioned by what we do and what we have always done...
We are conditioned by what we see in family and those around us....
So our chances of becoming what we SEE and DO is really high...
That is why it is so important to SET OUR OWN EXPECTATIONS for ourselves....
What do you EXPECT to see when you look in the mirror (be realistic and fair)...
How do you EXPECT to feel from the food you eat?
What is it that you EXPECT from your flexibility and weight training routine?
When we can link our EXPECTATIONS & ACTIONS to our VISION....that is how we are forever motivated to take daily steps to get us towards this achievement....
Set the tone.
Set the pace.
Take daily steps.
Stay aligned.
