Hi Team...

Well, we meet again on another Friday....

I was outside doing some work yesterday, shoveling out a chicken barn and building a stone wall between coaching sessions and I had a thought....

What is the #1 thing that gets in our way....

Ready for it?

How we think and how we see things...

That is it...

If you see opportunity, what will find you often times? Opportunity...

If you think about what is possible vs. what is not, what will find you? Possibility.

I know this seems very basic, but today is a reminder for us all.

You choose the perspectives that will take you closer to victory or further from it...

I am telling you, this is a place we all need to work on daily...

This state of mind can be reinforced through self-talk, daily writing, and visualization of what you want to achieve and accomplish...

The problem is, most of us do not make the time..

We are on the move, on the go, and never taking inventory..

Like a big box store, if you do not take inventory, you eventually run out of the goods...

Many people today are running around without the goods...

They are tired, fatigued, not-creative, over-worked, over-leveraged, and running in circles while lacking clarity...

That does not have to be...

When you are able to reinforce your vision daily and continue to focus on what you truly want- you are able to get it...

But you must take the time to make sure your thoughts, perspective, and vision are all aligned....

For the heck of it, let's use weight-loss as an example....

I want to lose 10lbs...

I see myself 10lbs. lighter...

I know I can do it...

* these are all great thoughts and perspectives...

What would be the one thing missing or that inhibits you from getting this done?

Coach, is it the discipline?

Nope.

It is the plan.

If above is what you want, you need a plan to get there.

Most people when they have a plan and structure with anything they do really well..

Most will never admit to needing a plan and structure... but it is true.. they need it.

Think about disciplining a child or training an animal or a workforce...

All need structure and a plan...

That structure and plan lead to discipline.

Too often we force discipline- but the issue is that discipline is the end result of working a structured plan...

Again, I saw it with this last Champions-30 Group...

I gave them plan and structure- and what happened?

Well, they saw fantastic weight-loss, 5-15lbs., increased energy, reduced bloat, elimination of reflux, and joint pain disappeared.

All the result of following a plan and in just 30-short days...

This is what I preach every damn day here.
