Hey Team--

Since it is Labor Day Weekend, I am going to be quick!

Hope you all have an awesome weekend of relaxation and some good, functional activity!

I wanted to share my newest video with you on BALANCE TRAINING. This video will give you some basic balance training exercises that you can use within your day to day training or AM Prep Routine to Jumpstart Your Body.

Give them a try-- spend about 2-3 minutes on each leg, 2-3 days per week,or you can build into your daily warm-up prior to your workout or conditioning!

The great part about training balance is a reduced fall risk as you age, better body control if you are an athlete, and for the runners out there... reduced injury risk due to increased lower body stability!

I hope you enjoy!

Some times I think that you are talking specifically to me. I thought that balance was just a victim of the aging process. SO GLAD THAT YOU PROVED ME WRONG. Just added the balance routine to my daily routine. Thanks as always!
