YOUR HEALTH IS NOT THAT IMPORTANT...

To many, this is a true statement. It is not important until it is important. Usually right before you completely lose IT the importance meter starts to dial it's way up.

 

Have you ever been to a hotel bar?

 

After years of traveling with the Yankees I found my way to quite a few hotel bars/ lounges. What do you see?

 

You see middle aged men and women who are in tremendous shape.

 

The common theme is most of these folks have no ring on their left hand!

 

I have been fortunate enough to speak with some of these folks, both men and women. They always ask me what I do, and after telling them I am in the life changing, health, and fitness industry, they share their journey with me!

 

They weren't always in the this type of shape. But.. when they got divorced, they decided to make a change.

 

Other stories like this came after a heart attack or life changing health event.

 

Better health never works when it comes to finding your WHY. We all want it, but let's face it, we need more motivation than that.

 

This is why adventure camps, events, retreats, and other "fountain of youth" based events are popping up and having success. We all need the motivation, the team, and the WHY to get ourselves back on track.

 

Events provide a team and together everybody can reinforce their WHY!
