Well I hope everybody enjoyed their Labor Day!

Now for those in the Northeast, you can already feel and see glimpses of Fall!

So as I write this, I am happy to say I just took what looks like my final "dip" of the season in the pool.

How do I know this?

Well it felt more like a plunge into an ice bath then a relaxing dip! (the great part about this though is once you hit that cold water, boom! your lights are ON!)

With the cooler mornings that are on the way, it becomes even more important for us to HEAT UP before taking on the day!

Getting your body heated up, introduced to some morning mobility, tissue, and flexibility training will set you up for a better, more pain-free, higher performing day physically and mentally.

The video abovewill show you a simple movement that will get your hips loose, torso rotating better, and reduce your risk of back issues!

I hope you enjoy it! Add this to your daily routine to change the way you feel!

Prepare for the day, don't let the day dictate your pace.

Have a great day!
