Hi Team...

Happy Friday... another week coming to a close...

How did you do?

Lot's of wins?

Did you hit your potential?

I want to share something with you...

You can hit your potential with greater frequency once you have a clear vision for yourself...

See yourself hitting your potential and achieving what it is you want to accomplish...

This past week- I had two clients leave their current "job" and are starting their own business because they see more of themselves...

They see themselves as Leading the business, rather than being an employee of it..

This started with vision....

Another client has been getting results he is just not willing to tolerate anymore....

We talked about stepping into his new self...

But first, he must define "who" this self is, "what" this self stands-for, and "how" this new self acts, behaves, and thinks...

This all comes down to making a decision and getting serious about the decision you are making to change...

For many, they get very comfortable talking about change but never do it.

Yesterday, I spoke to a realty group in Philadelphia and I let them know there are two types of people...

  1. Those who talk.... AND..
  2. Those do..

Don't just talk about it....

Be about it...

Got it?

Now, here is an exercise for you:

I want you to take out a piece of paper and let's begin to develop your best-self...

Your Champion-Self... Lets create 4-Quadrants.. at the top of each, title them:

  1. Physical
  2. Mindset
  3. Career
  4. Relationships

These are the 4-main quadrants that we want to define for ourselves....

Now, write down in each of these: What you want to achieve and What success looks like to you in this quadrant..... (No more than 2-items in each)

Next, write down 1-2 Action-Steps you are willing to take each day/ each week to make sure you are moving forward.... 

Stretch yourself.

Now, keep this paper in front of you and let's commit to this for at least the next 30-days.

This is how change is made.

When you are able to keep a plan in front of you- with clear action- that you came up with.. execution becomes that much easier...

Let's all put our hands in as we close out this week and get this done!
