Hi Team... 

Hope you had an awesome weekend of fun, rest, recovery, and rejuvenation!

One thing I love about Sunday is that it is my day off from training. 

No workouts.

I usually do a bike ride or a walk... or hit the pool.

Yesterday was a 3 mile walk and some chill-ax time in the pool to give my body and mind a rest....

When it comes to training, many may think that being a Coach I simply LOVE to train and push my body and limits...

The reality is- I don't. 

But, there is something that I do love: How I feel when I am done.

I train for done.

I train for how much energy I have when I am done.

The confidence I have when I am done.

The knowing that I made myself better when I am done.

The trust that I did my best and worked above the level of the average- all reinforced when I am done.

I train for done.

How about you?

Do you train for done?

Or, do you not train because you do not like how it feels?

I have found that life is a pretty tough competition.

Everyday we face new challenges- both internal and external...

Are you ready?

Training gets me ready. It allows me the feeling of belief that since I do push myself every day, the challenges I face will just be that, another challenge needing my physical and mental best to overcome what sits in front....

Now, you can train for a great body...

You can train for the aesthetics you are desiring...

BUT... never forget the benefits of becoming more competitive, more self-confident, more convicted as a result of your daily training and most importantly the daily commitment you have made to yourself. 

It is powerful. 

If you work in a competitive field, this could be your edge. 

Training could be the edge you need to take you to that next level. 

Now, if you want to win big in life and business... you must compete.

Compete.

That is all I ask of you.

Compete.

Now, let's go and attack our day.

But first, get your training in!
