Hey Team-

My wife sent me an article yesterday that blew my mind...

Mark Wahlberg... his schedule is below (if you can't see it, open in your browser)...

Waking up at 2:30 am and going to bed at 7:30am...

Now- if you were to take the times away from his routine, it is a very good routine... includes mind, body, spirit, and family time alongside his business responsibilities...

But the reality is, it will never work for most, nor should it.

I am not even quite sure it will work for him long term.. or if it is the type of routine that he even follows every day...

You see, many will try and copy this routine because they immediate connect Mark with success, and they are very quick to emulate success without asking the most important question:

Will this work for me based on my life, circumstances, responsibilities, etc.?

When a celebrity or a high performer does an article for public relation purposes, many believe this is their "actual" daily routine... which often times it is not...

I was with former Yankees first baseman last night, Mark Teixeira, and we were talking about this routine as we were watching the game... and he found this absolutely ridiculous...

As somebody who relied on his body for high performance over 15 years in the Major Leagues, he said the most important thing he could do is sleep. Rest, recovery, and taking care of his body with hot water, massage, and acupuncture...

He went on to say, his best games were on the road because he was able to sleep late and not draw his blinds until about 1pm... relaxing, resting, and watching movies to ease his mind...

I have seen similar routines with many high performers... they are not "pushing" themselves and fighting their routine every day for compliance...

Instead, they are focused on keeping things simple, controlled, and are actually working very slow, yet fast, playing offense on everything they do..

They hate surprises... they love consistent day over day performances...

That comes from them being under-control and consistent as people...

Simple. Narrow focus.

I encourage you to start finding YOUR routine...

What works for you?

How do your best days start?

How do you worst days start?

Break the negative patterns in exchange for new ones...

Identify negative associations... ex. Coffee drinking leads to sugar cravings... or if I do not work out early I won't do it... SO.. don't drink coffee and make working out the first thing you do...

Simple stuff.

Get focused on YOU.

Very easily this site will most likely irrefutably perhaps end up being popular including numerous weblogs individuals, in order to it’s persistent content pieces or possibly views. https://j9korea.com/
