Hey Team...

I had to share this with you today because it really pisses me off!

People in the personal development space telling people when they should "WAKE-UP"... and the time you wake up determines your success...

That is a total crock...

It is not true...

And certainly is not based on normative studies...

It is opinion...

Here is the deal.. there are two types of people: morning people and night people.

Morning people get up early "naturally" and they do best in the early am... but suck at night...

Night people get up late "naturally" and they do best at night.. but suck in the morning...

What type of person are you?

That is the most important question....

So those who say grind it out, if you are not up at 3am you are a loser, or even fools who take pride and are silver backs about being up at 3am insinuating others are not winners if they are not up at that time are missing the boat...

Life is an individual sport...

Never forget it...

What works for one does not work for all..

You need to know what works for you and stick with it....

That is your personal power....

Never forget that...

Build your life according to your life/ personal clock...

If you are a morning person, work out and get things done in the am, rest at night...

If you are a night person, work out and get your higher thought things done at night...

We each have our times of greatness... know what yours are...

Never, ever let anybody tell you what you should do when it comes to your peak hours...

I know many musicians and artists and athletes that thrive at night....
I know many CEOs who thrive at 5am...
I also know CEOs who do not get to work until 9:30am.... and some that wake up at 9am...

 

Know yourself. Know your body...

Forget those leadership experts, performance guru's, and authors who make you feel inadequate for working with your personal clock....

Rant over.

I hope you get the point.

Go chase greatness!
