Yesterday was a lot of fun...
I spent the day with the Baseball Team at FDU... Fairleigh Dickinson University...
As you can see it has been a busy week of speaking and getting college athletes and programs ready for the upcoming Spring Season....
I shared with them a very special concept... one that can literally change your life if you are open to it...

Well it is true...
So many of us are using bad inputs in regards to our thoughts and words... that we do not realize how this can effect our body... how we feel... aches & pains.. and even the feeling of being sick...
If you can change your thoughts... I guarantee you will feel better physically more often...
Less pain.
Less sick days.
More vitality.
It begins with what you think.
Last weekend, my wife and I were watching a new documentary on Netflix called HEAL...

But we have to train this response...
We have to train our thoughts.... with daily, repetitive exercise... that is essentially the premise behind the buzz word: mindfulness..
To make you aware of what is actually happening in your body...
If you can be aware enough.. you will be amazed at what you "find out" about yourself and the deepest levels...

Catch yourself in the moment today... the moment of thought... and if they are bad thoughts.. or stinking thinkin... change em!
