Last week I was doing a Lunch & Learn for a Company and I shared with the group this....

Your Results = Your Thoughts + Your Behaviors/ Actions/ Habits

Once you understand this game changing formula, you quickly realize the WHY behind your results...

For years, many just spin their wheels and have no idea HOW they got where they are or into the position they are in...

When you look at the formula above, you realize the WHY very quickly.

It is either:

  1. YOUR DAILY THOUGHTS
  2. YOUR DAILY BEHAVIORS, ACTION, AND/OR HABITS

Makes sense, right?

You must be very aware of what you are thinking and what you are doing each day...

This is why DISTRACTIONS are so dangerous....

Spending too much time on social media = dangerous...

Spending too much time watching tv = dangerous...

Spending too much time thinking, strategizing, and planning = dangerous...

Not spending enough time taking the right actions= dangerous...

How do you begin the process of enhancing thought?

First, you must realize what you are currently thinking consciously.. 

Are you thinking more positive thoughts, or, more negative thoughts?

Are you a glass half full person or glass half empty?

Do you see possibility or potential failure?

How you answer these questions will let you know where your mental game is at...

If you are coming up short on the optimism side of things.. right there, you need to make a change...

Flood yourself only with good stuff... over time, the positive flowers will overcome the negative weeds of the garden....

How do you begin the process of improving actions?

You MUST study your calendar...

Where do you spend your time?

What are you doing with your time?

Where are you wasting your time on energy draining activities and not on income producing activities?

You need these answers.

When you take the time to dive into your daily calendar, you will realize very quickly the things that give you a positive return on time and the things that you are doing because they are SAFE & EASY.

When you get this right, you will begin to develop the origins of A CHAMPIONS MINDSET...

The Champions Mindset = Positive Thoughts + Positive Actions + Positive Habits + Positive Routines + Activities that Yield Positive Returns

Think about going into each day with excitement, passion, and enthusiasm...

The result of going into each day with a positive plan and a mindset that matches!
