Hi Team....

On Sunday night ( I usually never work on Sunday) I sat down with the legendary radio host, Dennis Prager...

We talked about everything from happiness to courage to parenting to the state of affairs here in America...

It was a truly amazing conversation....

But one of the points Dennis made really stuck with me....

It was his view on courage and how everything in life requires courage...

How many of us actually work on our courage though?

How many of us just think we have it or we don't?

Or, how many of us think it will just build itself?

No matter where you are as it relates to courage- the more you work on it like anything else, you courage will improve.

The most effective way to improve ones courage is to "make a decision"....

The decision to say: "I want to be courageous"...

From the point, you will tell yourself: "I walk towards the things I would typically walk away from."

You from that point of decision to walk towards the difficult conversation...

You walk towards the challenging conversation....

You walk towards the "ask" you have avoiding....

You walk towards the discomfort you have conditioned yourself to avoid...

That is how you build courage- and, over time, you get stronger and stronger and more comfortable in the situations you have so often avoided!

When you do this, amazing things happen.

Your life changes.

You become stronger.

Your fear dies down...

You become a new person over time....

And, because you work towards fire, you stand-out amongst the masses because 9/10 will always run the other way....

This new found courage allows you to STAND for something....

To fight for what you believe....

To live a life filled with conviction vs. doubt...

And to live in a way that is truly fearless....

So, today, I ask you to make a decision:

The decision to be courageous....

Do it.

It will change everything...

Walk towards fire....

Let me coach you for a minute....

Write down 1-3 things you have been shying away from... walking away from... not doing....

Then, take action on one of them... IMMEDIATELY.

Get yourself in the habit of "fire walking"...

And when you can do this... you have taken that first small step I always speak about towards changing your life as it is....

Let's do this today...

Let's not wait any longer...

Let's take action!

We are reconditioning your way of being, acting, and thinking....

Embrace!

Let's go- and be courageous!
