Hi Team....

Have you ever stopped and asked yourself: "Am I thinking right?" or "Am I thinking the way I should be?"

Well, these are important questions.

Why?

Because most people never stop to think how they think!

I always say, "You can think like a Champion of think like a chump- you decide."

What is "chump thinking"?

Chump thinking is:

  • Thinking like a victim
  • Thinking negative
  • Thinking IT can not be done
  • Thinking you are not good enough
  • Thinking you are not ready
  • Thinking you need more skills and education
  • Thinking "someday"...
  • Thinking in a way that is not victorious
  • Thinking that you have it worse off than everyone else

The truth is- if you think like this you will ravaged with frustration, stress, anxiety, panic, fear- and the constant feeling that you are falling behind and not reaching your potential...

And the truth is, if you think like this, you will NOT reach your full potential.

Last night, I was watching the Champion Mexican Boxer, Canelo Alvarez speak...

He speaks like he is the best...

He lets others know he is the best...

He trains every day through work and language to be the best...

And, he has become one of the best.

You can do the same- but you must train to be a Champion...

What comes out of your mouth matters...

What you tell yourself matters...

Stop trash talking yourself and doubting yourself...

Just freakin go for it...

Now, how do Champions think?

  • They KNOW they can do better- and work hard to be the best...
  • They constantly plan seeds and visions of victory in their mind, daily.
  • They think nobody is better- but know they can not just sit back...
  • They do not think about all that is wrong- but instead, focus on what they can do to dominate..
  • They think about what they are going to do and what they are going to make happen- and then take the actions necessary..
  • They think about winning all the time and being the best...
  • They never let the opinions and thoughts of others get them down- because the opinions and thoughts of others do not matter (especially if they are spoken to tear you down)
  • They are always thinking about building momentum in their life

When you can do these things- you too can become a Champion...

Starting with your mind, letting the body follow.

Stop taking yourself out of the game and pinning yourself to the mat....

That stops today.

Start thinking like a Champion, today.

Let's go.
