Hi Team...
Thanks for hanging with me on my intermittent writing!
The last few weeks have been pretty busy wrapping up our farm for the winter and finishing/ starting the year with clients..
At the end of the year, I like to talk with coaching clients about how they made out and break down their results...
I am really happy to say that all of those that I work with in sales had blockbuster years...
Blowing through their targets and putting major points on the board.
After all, isn't that what it is all about?
I tell everyone I work with: " I am here to help you win. If you lose, our relationship is bullshit."
I know that is blunt, but we are not engaged to be friends, we are engaged to win.
That is it.
I simply break down where they are when we start, where we want to go, and then we chart the path to do so.
There is nothing more amazing and gratifying then coaching somebody to victory, or coaching a team/ company to victory.
It can really fire you up inside.

Then, go a bit deeper and ask this question:
What does winning look like to me? (this is key, as it will be essential to all decision making going forward)
