Hi Team...

It is Friday.

The end of the week- and the day you get to wrap up all the things you needed to get done to end the week strong.

Will you do all of those things? Or, will you wait till next week?

My advice today is simple... FINISH STRONG.

Work hard right from the start today to get done what you need to get done.

There is an amazing feeling that comes over a person after they complete what they set out to complete..

That is a feeling that is free from frustration, free from regret, and a feeling that says internally: I did my best.

That is how you finish strong- you do what you said you were going to do.

That is also discipline- a commitment to finishing what you decided to start.

In my years of coaching, I have seen a lot of "Starters"- yet very few finishers.

People love to start things...

They just have a hard time staying focused, engaged, and disciplined long enough to stay with it...

But, remember this: "You get paid for done... you get paid for what you finish not what you start."

If you can become a strong finisher- that is where the greatest rewards are found..

A strong finisher is somebody that can be counted on to get it done... to make sure a project is completed to its very best level.. a person who accepts nothing less than a great final product.

Strong finishers are that way because they see and feel victory- and they know by doing a great job (Taking no shortcuts) victory can be had...and that victory is one of the greatest, fulfilling feelings one could have.

So, today, as you wrap up the week and finish strong, I ask that you do exactly that: FINISH STRONG.
