Hi Team...

Hope your weekend was awesome!

This weekend went pretty fast- but after spending some time with my parents and doing A LOT of walking, I am ready to get back in the saddle.

Speaking of getting back in the saddle, you know who else is?

Tom Brady.

He has decided to "un-retire"...

After two months of retirement, something was missing.

I gotta tell you- I love this decision...

Not because I love watching him play - which I do...

But because he showed the World it is OK to change....

It is OK to change your mind....

It is OK to take something as permanent as retirement, which he went public with, and change his mind.

He was not ready- and because of that- he trusted his gut and is going back into the fire!

90% of people would never do this...

"I told everyone I was done- they won't respect me".... LIE.

"I said I was retiring- what if I come back and don't play as well"... B.S.

These are examples of negative language we can use towards ourselves...

And when we do, we only hurt ourselves.

In the case of Brady- he really knows himself, well.

He just knew it was not the time to hang it up.

My message today is to be OK with change... and changing your mind.

Nothing is permanent especially when there is a lack of alignment between your gut and what you are saying and doing... Change is good.

Champions are about change....

Change = Challenge

What have you been doing lately that would really benefit from some change?

Personally, I am working on some new things because when I do the same thing for too long- I get bored, comfortable, and do not challenge my "Edges"...

So, this is the first sign that something new is needed and change is near!

Anyway, take some time today and think about change and then take action...

Oh yeah- and don't be afraid to fail.

It is those little tests, and "Trys" that we do that help us get clear on what is next and those little micro-fails help us grow!
