Hi Team...

Yesterday I sat down and spoke with Dr. William Davis, best selling author of the book Wheat-Belly.

We talked about how our intake of grain, wheat, and sugar is 100% responsible for the weight-gain and deteriorating health...

Coach, isn't that extreme to take out grain, wheat, and sugar?Maybe.

Maybe not.

What if on the other side of that behavior change- you could drop A LOT of weight, improve your energy, have healthier skin, and ultimately- you could live with the highest levels of vitality possible for you?

Would you do it?

You see, it is the extremes that help help us eliminate bad choices....

Most of us claim we act in moderation but that is a complete lie...

Most of us are extreme anyway...

We are either eating well- or, we are eating like crap.

We are either exercising with consistency- or, we are not.

We are either getting enough sleep- or, we are not.

We are either improving our knowledge base daily- or, we are not.

Got it?

We are already extreme- so we just need to switch our directionality as to where we are going to be "Extreme"..

Extreme is good and you will only meet criticism when you are going extreme in the opposite direction of the "Average"....

The average will bring you down...

The average has one goal: TO MAKE YOU AVERAGE...

My suggestion is to dig in and be extreme in the behaviors, thoughts, and actions that serve you will.. that serve your family well.. that serve your teams well..

This is what it is all about...

Average is not fun... because deep down you always know you could be better...

So, why not just do what you need to do to be your best once and for all?

Let's get going on that...

When we can do that- not only do our results improve but our total esteem rises!
