Hi Team...

Do you have days where you just feel down or not energized?

Look, the truth is we all do.

The goal is to have very few of those days because they are costly.

They not only are not productive, but they are exhausting and can lead us into a tail spin of lost groove and momentum.

So what typically leads to these types of days?

  1. Trying to do too much, too soon, and under unreasonable timelines
  2. Comparing your progress to that of others
  3. Focusing too much on the competition
  4. No digging deep on your day to day IPA, income producing activities
  5. Becoming to philosophical and not tactical enough
  6. Looking, searching, researching without taking action
  7. Not taking care of yourself (work-out, nutrition, hydration, sleep)
  8. Not keeping your vision in front of you

These are the primary 8 reasons WHY we get into a rut...also known as The Losers 8.

Now, I did not include 100-other reasons because these are the main ones.....

And if you do the above Low Yield Activities enough times- you will lose your belief, self-esteem, and can-do attitude...

SO, it is very, very important you get laser focused on NOT doing the Losers-8...

Instead, sub them out for the below high energy activities...

  1. Daily workout
  2. Clean eating (low carb, high protein)
  3. Hydration (1/2 bodyweight in oz of water per day)
  4. Quiet time to think, reflect, and tighten your current vision
  5. DAILY review of your vision
  6. Energy elevation by visualizing what it is your are after
  7. Take action on the necessary needs / actions to make your vision real
  8. Filtering: All negative noise, thoughts, words from you, your team, and others.

When you can do the BIG-8 above- your game can truly elevate.

The momentum builds....

Your energy rises...

We must get in the habit of ditching our negative habits, The Losers 8, in exchange for energy building actions...

It is too easy to get lazy- and the Losers- 8 happen when we are tired and fatigued and not taking action...

Be focused and intentional with your time...

Practice the BIG 8 daily...

Make the time- you will be glad you your coach!
