I missed you yesterday.. so wanted to reach out today with a quick message!
I have a busy day today.. building out a home gym for recent Hall of Fame Inductee, Mariano Rivera...
And with that .. I had to share a quick piece on the word: ENERGY...
And where it begins...
Very simply.. it starts at the intersection of:
That is it..
Simple...
You want energy, it comes down to mastering those 5-buckets...
Positive Thoughts... (filled with faith and can-do thinking)
Lots of H20.. (1/2 your bodyweight in oz. per day)...
Clean Eating.. (fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, nuts/seeds)
Daily Exercise and Stretching... (yes.. DAILY)
Recovery.. (7 hours of sleep.. minimum.. baths.. and deep breathing)
That is it...
But.. it must be done every single day....
That is the key to maximizing ENERGY...
Consistent behaviors...
Not overdoing any one thing.. especially EATING!
