Energy is Everything...

Hi Team-

Well, this has been a busy week for me...

Busy in a good way!

Over the past several months, I have been working from home, motivating from home, and doing talks with Companies, Teams, and their leadership from home...

But not this week!

This week I was back on the road.

In the trenches with two amazing teams....

Both family businesses....

Both amazing...

Both filled with the most passionate people who put their own egos aside for the betterment of the whole...

Yesterday, I took a long drive from Montauk to Westchester and was greeted by 35+ sales all-stars from Central Turf & Irrigation...

When I arrived, I could just feel the energy buzzing...

A warm greeting from Holly- the lady behind the magic :) ...

A real executer and somebody who gets it done...

This is the type of person that all winning organizations must make sure they have...

Somebody focused on the details...

Somebody that keeps the troops aligned and moving in the same direction..

Next, there was Anthony... the second generation Leader of the Company...

Greeted me with a big handshake and hug.. excited and ready to go....with a million dollar smile and vibe.. (infectious)

This was followed by Uncle Jack.. the teams veteran consultant that can spot a crack in the armor from a mile away....a man that you can just feel is on your team.

And finally, there was Bernando.

The commander and chief who founded the company with nothing to his name but a dream, commitment, and self-belief.

Can you feel the energy yet?

Can you see how these leaders all bring energy and that energy is translated to their people?

Can you see why their people want to go out and be great everyday?

That is what we talked about...

Going after business with soul... with passion... with energy..with enthusiasm...

That is what it is about...

Energy is infectious...

Passion is infectious...

A love for what you do and for the people you do it for is infectious..

Do you ever wonder why you leave a conference, meeting, or retreat feeling so great? It is the energy!

And let me tell you this: YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENERGY YOU BRING TO THE ROOM...

You are responsible for the energy you bring the every conversation, interaction, and engagement you have with people...

YOU better bring your best...

Or, stay the hell home.

That is what I want to tell you today.

YOU bring the energy.

Do not wait for others to bring it.

Do not waitfor an "Event" to change your energy..

YOU change and bring the energy.

That is YOUR job.

Do it well.

Be consistent in it.
