Hi Team...
Well, another day "we get to" enjoy!
I just finished my 30min. Peloton Class... and I have to tell you, there is nothing better than an early sweat.
Since my days are condensed to working mostly 4-5hrs. hours in the middle of the day, I have been making time for training first thing in the morning and again in the evening.
Sleep = Better
Body = More Responsive
Energy = Higher
Self-Satisfaction = High
There is an amazing feeling about "saying you are going to do something"... and then DOING IT.
The opposite feeling, well, that can make a person feel terrible.
I am amazed at how often we lie to ourselves....
"I will do it..... later, tomorrow, after this, after work... blah blah blah"...
All lies that weaken us.
You get that workout in...
You complete that assignment...
You cross those items off your to-do list...
You feel great, right?
Well "why" do we not things then?
I find that we are walking around cooked and fatigued... most of us... and not just from work....
But because of the amount of time we spend "plugged in and thinking" each day...
We are shot.
Our goals have gotten the best of many of us... well the chase of them that is...
Leaving us with "no-time" to do the things we need to do for ourselves...
The real things that matter...
Stop running from these things!
You see, if you are constantly chasing, you are not renewing yourself both mentally and physically...
You are not even renewing your dreams...
So many today are running around chasing expired dreams and they do not even know whey they are chasing them!
Those dreams are associated with their "old self" and not their new self...
We have to use this time appropriately...
Stop doing the same old, same old...
Stop thinking the same old, same old...
This can be an amazing time to seek new answers to some old questions...
