Hi Team...

Happy Monday...

I hope you are all feeling great amongst the madness... and have taken some time to think this weekend.. 

Last week, I posted a video about "how to live a high performance life"...and in the video, I discuss taking this time to figure out if you are doing what you want to do... and if you are doing it the way you want to be doing it?

This is a great time to slow things down....(as they have slowed down for us)... and ask yourself: WHAT CAN I DO TO CREATE MY BEST SELF DURING THIS TIME?


Last night, I was doing a call with one of my CEO Coaching Clients and he told me over the last 3 weeks, he is down over 8lbs.....


He said, "I am taking this time to get in the best shape of my life. My business is what it is right now, but, I have been saying that I do not have enough time to give to my health and fitness...but I am taking that time now."


His focus has been around getting consistent in 3 areas....

1. Daily Exercise (Nothing Crazy- Daily Long Walks, Working Around House)

2. Eating More Greens, Drinking More Water, Small Meals

3.Getting More Sleep...

Now, does he have a lot going on? Yup.

He is the CEO of an International Company... but, he has figured out his priorities in life: HEALTH & HAPPINESS (with family)...

Sometimes it takes times like these to get clear....

What are the relationships you need to be investing in?....

Why is your health and wellbeing taking a backseat to so many other "busy" activities that will never give you the same level of self-satisfaction, happiness, energy, and return on health?

Now is the time.

This is the time to "Try Some New Ways & New Things"...

Take a shot at a new schedule...


Do new things! (play that guitar, read that book, do a crossword.. just do new things!)

Now is the time.
