Hey Team...

I was on a few coaching calls yesterday and they got me thinking...

What does it actually take for somebody to have a Breath-through?

First, we have to define break-through....

Break-through to me is simply change...

A change in way of thinking and way of behaving...

That leads to a result... 

A result that is different than what the person has been getting on a regular basis...

That is breakthrough...

Breaking through to a new pattern...

A new way of thinking...

A new way of behaving...

So, the result that is achieved is the result of the new patterns, way of thinking, and behaving...

I want to tell you this...

A breakthrough does not have to be a major thing...

It can be a subtle thing..

You see, today, change is sold as an extreme...

But subtle advances in the way in which you do things, or don't do things can really create some big time break-throughs for you!

Hear me out...

Getting up 10-minutes earlier allows you time to read that chapter per day you committed to.

Adding 10-minutes to your daily workout adds 50-minutes per week to your exercise volume.. and 200-minutes per month... subtle, but by months end you picked up a few extra training sessions...

Increasing your savings by 5-10% per month will show some huge dividends over a 10 year period.. say you put away $1000/ month... 10% more = $100, $1200 per year, or  $12,000 EXTRA in a 10 year period with a subtle change.. not accounting for compounding..

Subtle changes lead to break-throughs...

What if each morning you said 10-positive things to yourself about yourself...

How would your daily mood change?

How would your resistance to negative self-talk improve? Quite a bit.

You see, again, subtle.. 

And, these things do no take much effort.. just a little..

So, do not fall for the DRAMATICS that often surround break-through..

You BREAK-THROUGH over time by subtle behavior changes- many of which can be automated by building on positive actions you are already taking!
