Hi Team....

Last week I sat down with a South Florida Coaching Legend, Coach Tom Mullins.

Coach is an old time football coach that has been through many battles on the field and I wanted to get into his head a bit on what it takes to be a Champion and what it takes to battle.

He shared with me his Big 5 Rules of Champions......

But before he shared those he gave some advice that was second to none...

"Dana, if you want to be a Champion in life, you must run with Champions."


How many of us allow people around us that probably should not be?

They steal our joy...

They steal our energy...

Their ways of thinking and acting are not that of Champions, but of true losers.

Be very careful what you put out and who you allow around you.

I know this can sound a bit elitist- but you must protect your energy and state of mind at all times.....

Coach was so convicted on this......

He then went on to share his Big 5 Rules of Champions....


⭐ Bring Energy and Create Energy
⭐ Eliminate Distractions
⭐ Fear Nothing
⭐ Attack ALL That You DO.
⭐ Demand Excellence In All That You Do

Do these 5-things every day and watch how things change.....

You have to look at your life both personally and professionally from the standpoint that you can change anything and everything....

When you act on the above Big 5- what can stop you?

You become a true Offensive Player in every game that you play...

If you reread The Big 5 Rules of Champions, you will see how when executed on, you become a true power-house of results and action...

You can change outcomes...

You can change moods, attitudes, and beliefs...

That is because when you follow these rules, you show up much, much differently than the majority of people...

There are many non-winners out there, or, as I like to say, losers.

They live their life with no respect, zero courtesy, low energy, and with a "what is in it for me" mentality....

Rather than the mindset of a Champion...

That is the mindset that say: I am going out to win today.....

I am going to show up and do my best because I refuse to lay in bed at night feeling like I took a shortcut- the easy way.

That is unacceptable to Champions.

It should be unacceptable for you!
