Hey Team!

Don't we all want to become lean, mean, high performance machines?

Heck yea we do!

But why is there only a small sample of the population that actually is?

Genetics? Maybe.

Work Ethic? Maybe.

Focus? Maybe.

I am here to tell you what it is....

A Commitment. A Priority. A Plan. An ALL-IN Attitude.

Sounds very Tony Robbins, right?

Simple. Yet, many fail to achieve this state of high performance physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually....


What I have been finding with many that I Coach and Companies/ Teams I speak to is a lack of "presence". 

Like that old expression, "The lights are on, but nobody is home."...

Many people are so reactive to life, they forget to participate in it.

They are running here, running there, that at any given moment if you were to ask them their goals, priorities, mission, vision, and goals... they would probably only tell you about what is Directly in Front of Them.

That is the issue.

We as competitors must get present. We must have a level of self-awareness that is off the charts if we want to achieve greatness. We must also possess what I call, THE SICKNESS OF GREATNESS...which is a borderline obsession with your mission, vision, and goal.... while not forgetting your family and those who enrich your life and support your mission, vision, and goals.

Let's do a little exercise so we can start the High Performance Process... 

Answer the following questions:

  1. What are you trying to achieve?
  2. Why are you trying to achieve it?
  3. What is currently stopping you from achieving it?
  4. What attitudes, behaviors, and actions need improvement so you can become this process of achievement?
  5. What distractions (people, activities, things, habits) do you need to eliminate to achieve what it is you are trying to achieve?
  6. When is the exact date you will start these changes?
  7. How will you check your progress/ and measure your progress daily?

These are key questions that start the High Performance Journey...

They apply to Coaches who want to win.... Athletes who want to become Champions, and Leaders who want to get themselves and those they lead to the next level....
