And during the summer most of us are outside, active, and truly getting in great shape simply due to the increased activity...
Now, since we are already moving in the right direction....
And, we are motivated to chase greatness...
Let me give you 5- Ways You Can Get Into Champion-Shape....
1. Go 5-Days without Starch-Based Carbs: Bread, Muffins, Cookies.....
2. GO 5-Days without Consuming Sugary Beverages: Sweet Tea, Soda, Juice....
3. Add 15-Minutes to your Daily Conditioning/ Cardio, 5 days per week..... if you do zero, add 15 min!
4. Add 1-Vegetable and Fruit to Each Meal....
5. Add 1-Protein Source to Each Meal...
The rules of the game are simple..
I just gave them to you!
The hard part is doing it daily....
And.. .not looking for other options....
Stick to the plan...
Remember, the plan is really 25% of the game....
The other 75% comes from your ability to stick with it...
