Hey Team--

Two Schedules? What?

Yup... your weekday schedule and your weekend schedule...

You will find that you have two totally different schedules...

How you eat during the week = different than weekend

Workout Habits = different on weekend (most often)

Sleep = different on weekend

Bed-Time = different on weekend

Right? 

Often time this is the case! But- the goal is to bridge this gap....

Why?

Because the body loves consistency...

Greasy food on the weekend vs. Healthy Eating During the Week can really turn your stomach and alter how you feel...

So.. my goal of mentioning this is just to make you "Aware"...

This way.. you can realize the way you feel is often times the result of your choices... 

Example: You may feel bad on a Tuesday because of high sugar intake on a Sunday....

Our choices and behaviors usually have consequences both good and bad...

But realize this... I am not asking you to reach for perfection...

But I want you to realize when you make a choice that is not great... you can balance the equation by making up the difference....

Example: I stayed up late on Saturday... waking- up later on Sunday works to balance the equation... but so does going to bed a little earlier on Sunday!

The body always looks for balance...

It craves consistency...

Give it what it wants... be aware of your choices....

I have never been the type of coach that tells people what they can not do....

But one that is understanding of life.... and working with them to optimize their schedule and choices so they feel good MOST Days...

Balancing your 2-schedules is the best way!

Think about it!

Planning, Balancing, and most importantly Being Aware is Key!
