Hey Team... 

For so many people.. Nutrition and Eating Well can be a real issue...

Some people are good for a few days, then they get stressed and give up...

Others, have completely eliminated everything in their diet as an attempt to kill candida, lose weight, get rid of auto-immune conditions....

Then there is a special group that can care less....

I eat what I want, when I want, and that is just how it is...

There is actually another group as well...

The Everything in Moderation Group... (who I actually align with quite a bit)....

As I am thinking about all these groups of "Eaters"...

I asked myself, "How can we make people that much more aware of their food choice? How could we make eating similar to that of earning money, investing money, and either getting a positive or negative return? How could we approach eating like a baseball batting average?"

Sick. I know.

But this is how I think....because you never know who you could help with these off-the wall thought processes...

So let's look at eating like a financial prospectus... 

If you eat 4 Meals Per Day... that is 28 Meals Per Week...

So, if you were do cheat 10% of the time... that would mean about 3 meals for the month were your CHEAT MEALS... or meals when you loosen up the straps...

20% of the time... would mean 6-meals....

50% of the time... would mean 14 meals...

Now if we are really looking for a positive return in terms of weight loss, increased energy, and a feeling of great vitality, we must get as close to 90% positive eating as possible...

If you are just looking to be in "good" shape.. and are not concerned with "Great"..but are more accepting of "good"... you can be a 75-85% positive eater...

Get it?

Let's look at it from the baseball perspective of batting average... 

If you go 26 good meals for 28 total meals... you are doing great!

If you drop to 19 for 28 total meals... not so great.... 

Get it...

So when you sit down to indulge or do a fly-by "pop it in the mouth, grab and go".. ask yourself, "How is this effecting my average? Am I R.O.I. return on investment positive or negative?"

This is how you start to reform your eating...

When I am eating for greatness, I ask myself one question before I even stuff anything in my mouth, "Is this getting me closer or further from greatness?" Really I use that as a tool to slow myself down and become conscious of what I am eating...

Because we all know with foods like potato chips, tortilla chips, peanut m & m's...we can become pretty unconscious as we indulge... what start off as 25-30 calories of satisfying a craving can easily become 250-300 calories in a few short minutes...

Dangerous for those looking to look, feel, and perform like a Champion...

Now, let's get conscious, slow down, and start betting our stats....

Approach and consistency are everything!
