Thats all folks! 

Just kidding. This headline means a lot because this is most of our lives. We run around, all day long; logging in, checking in, scrolling, sign-out, then sign-in, and over and over and over again.

I look around when I go to public settings and see what I call, "ZOMBIES" everywhere...

A ZOMBIE is a person that is constantly in their phone, missing everything that is going on around them, and is constantly late to the current conversation while people are speaking to them, or speaking around them looking for their input.

These are people that are the constantly saying, "Wait, what did you just say?"...

These are people that are checking out for seconds at a time throughout the day to tend to their social pen of "friends"..and also checking out on life.

These are people that are missing what is right in front of them in exchange for this world of digitized friendship.

Scary stuff. This happens everywhere... at the store, at the pool, at dinners, in the car... distraction is everywhere since everybody is trying to be "plugged in and connected"....

What I have found is that this state of behavior does the opposite. You are pseudo connecting to one group, and disconnecting from your reality. You are forgetting your own mission, goals, and vision since you are hyper-focused on what the rest of the world is doing... which is taking you further from what you are supposed to do with your life and work.

I write this because I am guilty of it.

I am a Coach who takes people from where they are... to a better version of themselves physically, mentally, and from a lifestyle standpoint... If I am taken from this path... I will be somebody or something I am not... and I certainly can't be great at what I do if that is the case...

So... we should all write down, visualize, and determine who we are, what we do, and what we are setting out to do/build/ create.. and then stay on that track.

The winners are the ones that can focus on THEIR path...without changing tracks everyday or constantly creating what I call negative adjustments, moving you away from the destination you decided on or were pulled to.

Stay on your track.

Stay the path. Accept the speed bumps, obstacles, and dilemmas. Those are called problems. Without problems, you have no life. Without life, you are dead.

Keep the vision, keep the focus, and execute daily on YOUR VISION.

What you bring to the world is unique... you must not try to be like everybody else, copy anybody else, or just flat out replicate people... that is not your path. You can save your money on a course too... this info is free and real and it works.
