From CEO to Janitor- ALWAYS BRING VALUE VIA COMMITMENT.
When you show you are committed, great rewards come your way.
Not just internally, but externally as well!
It is so, so important that you realize this.
Oftentimes, when people do something for a long time, they can get a little lazy on the little things- a showing of depreciating commitment...
We just can not have that...
Commitment and Value are directly related...
High Commitment, High Value.
Low Commitment, Low Value.
And, here is the deal...
You get paid for the value you bring...
More value, more compensation...
Even more perceived value- more compensation.
This is a really important distinction...
So, as you head into the week, ask yourself this:
WHERE & HOW CAN I INCREASE MY VALUE VIA COMMITMENT?
Then, take action on it.
