How often do we get jammed because of our own thinking?
Over the last few weeks- old coach over here as had a jammed mechanism around "hiring"....
So, as a result, what don't we do? HIRE!
So, who takes on more and more and more?
You know the answer....
We can easily get caught in a swirl of thoughts that are based on worst case scenarios instead of best case scenarios...
And, as I have mentioned many times before- negative thoughts do not serve us...
Neither does an obsession with the down-side or risk side of things..
That doesn't mean do not be aware of them- it simply means do not focus them..
I have met many entrepreneurs who have hired people and have been thinking about their potential failure more than their potential success...
How is that fair to either the entrepreneur or the teammate?
It is not!
Clearing the mechanism is another way of saying: THINK DIFFERENTLY.
Clearing the mechanism quiets the noises outside of yourself and allows you to see your target with vivid clarity and no outside obstruction....
How do we do it?
I believe it is the result of the daily language we use towards our selves...
Are we talking about CAN or are we talking more often of CAN'T as it relates to how we think and act....
Are we thinking ABUNDANCE or are we thinking SCARCITY...
The mechanism does not need clearing when you are thinking CAN and ABUNDANCE...
The further away you can get from CAN'T, SCARCITY, and NEGATIVE THINKING- all fear driven responses, the better your life will be.
It takes daily practice.
Each day- spending time thinking about your greatness- your excellence- your abundance- you mighty-ness.
Got it?
When you can do that- you can win big.
