Hey Team-

Hope you are off to a great start this week..

I was listening to my "daily" message today in my car as I was driving to see a client, and came across a truly great speech, with a very simple message.



Wait, what?

Yup. You read that correct.


We all have many thoughts that go through our minds. Some positive. Some negative.

Some are thoughts of procrastination, others of hesitation.

Either way, the 5-Second Rule give you 5 seconds before you HAVE TO TAKE ACTION.

Example 1: I am tired and want to hit snooze which will cause me to miss my workout.. 5-4-3-2-1.. GET UP.

Example 2: I really want to eat those cookies. 5-4-3-2-1... Change your mind...

You see, it is not just a game... but the counting of the numbers in reverse can actually re-engineer your patterns of thought.

Taking you from a cookie obsession to not even remembering what you were obsessing over...

Pretty amazing..

But the most important thing it does is... it gets you to take action.

Rather than hesitating and contemplating, you can now apply a technique to spark action and behavioral, pattern change.

Pretty cool right?

5-Seconds to change your life..

If you do this throughout the day... you will be amazed at how much doubt and hesitation in decision making is removed from your life, and how much more you are able to achieve..

Not to mention.. you won't be all jammed up!

You are clearing your deck or docket...

Clear. Free. Agile. Ready to make moves...


Try it. Apply it. Do it.
