Hey  Team- 

Do you ever catch yourself saying negative things about yourself?

Maybe about a performance?

Truth be told, I have been there... many times... 

And.. What is to gain from it?

For some, they claim it motivates them...

Others, it occurs by default...they are totally unaware it is even happening...

But, once again, I ask the question: What is to gain from it?

How can that negative conversation possibly get you to a positive place?

Or, to your next greatest performance...

We all know that to achieve anything in life we must be confident and ready...

How does that really begin?

When does it begin?

It begins when you make a decision to EMPOWER yourself through your own dialogue and daily conversation...

We have all heard that we have thousands of thoughts per day... 

For many, upwards of 70% can be leaning negative... yet.. those same people expect positive results...

Crazy right?

What are they thinking?

Well.. I just told you.. Negative... Crazy Thoughts!

OK- So how do we change it... 

We do so with a 3-Step Process...

1. Awareness (Be Aware of Your Thoughts, Words, Language, and Narrative)

2. Shifting (Once You Identify the Negative, Shift That Thought to a Positive)

3. Practice (This problem will not solve itself in a day.. hijacking negative language takes months.. so get ready to endure a life changing process.. one for the better)

Let's look at it like this...

If changing your thoughts could lead to better results.. would you do it?

Damn right... especially if that was a guarantee...

Better Thoughts lead to Better Decisions which lead to Better Results..

So.. it will not be easy.. but be very, very aware of your day to day thoughts, words, and perspectives.... SHIFT...

Now, at first this may seem a bit corny and far fetched... 

You may even feel like you are partially lying to yourself... and that is because you are... 

You are using positive immersion techniques and therapy to abolish the negative you... which is usually the result of some negative self-image issues... and replacing them with positives to activate the positive YOU.

Got it.

Good.

Now, lastly, try to be aware of the negative things you have been telling yourself... catch yourself in the moment... feel how often you are thinking negative or are in a negative pattern...

You will be amazed at how your position on things may be more negative than you think...

And.. your mind may be more negative as a result of what you watch on TV, songs you hear, and/or conversations, meetings, and even some friendships you may have...

Increase your awareness...

Change your game...
